A map of op shops, kept current by the people who visit them.
Shopuler shows you which op shops are nearby, when they're open, and what they tend to stock. It's built in Brisbane, and it starts with charity and op shops in Queensland.
What you can do
- Find shops near you on a map, and see which ones are open now.
- Filter by what a shop sells, whether it takes donations, and who runs it.
- Save the ones worth coming back to, and plan a route between several in one trip.
- Add what you know — a new shop, corrected hours, a photo, a note that something has changed.
Where the information comes from
Op shop hours change without much warning. A volunteer is away, a shop closes for a sort-out, the sign on the door says one thing and the door says another.
So Shopuler shows you when a shop's details were last checked, and lets anyone who has just been there confirm or update them. The information is only as current as the last person who looked — which is why the app tells you when that was.
What Shopuler doesn't do
No ads. No selling your data. No third-party analytics. Your precise location never reaches our servers — it is rounded to about 100 metres before anything is sent, and it is not kept as a record about you. The detail is in the privacy policy.
Who runs it
Shopuler is made by Shopuler Pty Ltd, a small company in Brisbane, Australia. If you have found a problem, spotted something wrong in the data, or want to talk to us about a shop you run, email support@shopuler.com and a person will read it.
